Whether its relationship or money worries, caring for someone or do you just need someone to talk to? You can ask to see our Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Nurse, Yna.

The nurse can support you with health and wellbeing concerns that may be affecting your mental health. After chatting with you she may be able to offer suggestions on ways to improve your wellbeing, which can be affected by lots of different things!

We also have a Community Listening Service available at the practice. Telling your story uninterrupted and judgement-free could help you to sort through your emotions. You may then be able to rediscover your strength and find a way forward. Our Listener is called Sarah and is in the Practice on a Friday afternoon – appointments can be either face to face in the practice or by telephone if you prefer. And our Social Prescribers can offer support to help identify issues, concerns and barriers to make positive changes affecting your health, mental wellbeing and quality of life.
