Part-Time Monday-Friday, 25 hours per week

Due to relocation we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly Practice Team in Perth City Centre.

The ideal candidate should have experience in practice nursing duties including Chronic Disease Management (specifically Asthma and COPD) and have the ability to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality healthcare to our patients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required and the successful candidate must be able to work autonomously with the support of the clinical team when required.

Hours would be 9.30am-2.30pm Monday-Friday, but could be negotiable for the right candidate.

Salary will be based upon experience.
